We want you to be fully satisfied with your Christopher Nemeth purchase; therefore, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain bespoke or limited edition pieces may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our Tokyo studio or designated local hub.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
